Tourist Visa Requirements for South Korea (Delhi) – Applied Through VFS

Essential Documents

1. Valid Passport:

   • Ensure a passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.

1. Online Application:

   • Complete the Online Application Form.

1. Photograph:

   • Provide fresh passport-sized photographs (35 x 45 MM) with a white background.

1. Covering Letter:

   • Draft a covering letter addressed to The Visa Officer at the Embassy of South Korea.

1. Hotel Confirmation:

   • Present proof of hotel confirmation for your stay.

1. Financial Documents:

   • Personal IT returns of the previous 2 years (Mandatory).
   • Latest 6 months bank statement with the applicant’s name.
   • Last 1 year salary slips.

1. Declaration Form:

   • Sign the Declaration Form, available in the visa form section.

1. Occupation Proof:

   • For Employees: Typed Employment Certificate and 6 months Salary slip on the company letterhead.
   • For Proprietors: Photocopy of Business Registration Certificate, company documents, and 3 months bank statement.

1. For Students:

   • Provide a leave letter, report card from school, and student ID.

1. For Retirees:

   • Proof of retirement, pension statements for the last three months, or proof of regular income from property or business ownership.

1. For Honeymoon Couples:

   • Spouse name must be endorsed on the passport or provide an original marriage certificate attested from home department and ministry of external affairs.

1. Special Cases for Multiple Entry Visa:

   • Fulfill one of the following criteria:
     • Visit Korea at least 10 times in the past.
     • Visit at least four times in the past two years.
     • Personal ITR filed of Rs. 1 crore 30 lakhs.
     • Personal ITR filed of Rs. 1 crore and at least one visit to Korea.
