Dora Observatory
Overview
Dora Observatory is located on the top of Mount Dora in the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) between North and South Korea. It provides visitors with a panoramic view of the North Korean border, including the infamous propaganda village of Kijong-dong. Visitors can also see the DMZ’s third tunnel, which North Korea built to infiltrate South Korea, but it was discovered before it could be used. The observatory also features a museum, a cafe, and a souvenir shop.
